I got home from work today and my stove was off. Cold. The house was cold too. It was running in room temp manual when I went to work so it shouldn't have shut down even if it was warm out. There were no blinking codes. The hopper was 3/4 full. No clocks were blinking like there might have been a power dip. The stove started right back up and has been running fine since then. I can't figure out what happened.
Might have to wait until LW gets back from sunni his backside. Hopefully it was just a fluke, But one would think you'd have a blinky if there was something seriously out of whack. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope it will throw a blinky if it happens again.
Similar thing happened with my computer today ,it's always on but this morning it was off , wtf same thing no blinking clocks re boot all is good
Sub, a similar thing happened to me about a month ago. I was home when it happened. We lost power twice very rapidly. Off, on. Then about 10 seconds later off, on again. The first time, the stove recovered and kept running. The second time it didn't. No blink codes or anything - just off. I had to turn the fan dial to the off position, then back on and it was good to go. Seemed strange, but I wonder if the stove has some kind of protection mechanism built in that keeps it shut down after that second power loss if it happens in a very short timeframe. I know you said there was no indication of power loss, but we have had a few blips that happen so quickly we don't even end up with blinking clocks.

Interesting. That could explain it. Did any of your clocks, etc. in the house give any indication of a power loss?
I guess its time for another stove, swabby! A fast on/of the power wouldn't normally affect the operation.....longer outages would, and seeing as how your stove was in MANUAL mode, yea, it wouldn't relight, AND you wouldn't get a code......but you would see this outage on other devices such as microwaves, alarm clocks, etc. If the stove was in AUTO, it would relight, if clean, and you'd never know it. If in fact there were no error lights a-blinking, who knows? My own P61, NOT an A version will not give me a code if it runs out of pellets......maybe a temporary rathole in there that caused no feed, and then collapsed in and of itself, out of fear of you? Intermittent issues are a beeyotch to diagnose. Nothing to really check out on a stove which is currently running normally. If I had been called on this one, I would check the fines chamber, also running the DDM to make sure everything is reading correctly......maybe a freaky ESP probe? Who knows? No good answer for this.
got into bed at 1:30 this morning, had to get up at 5am to open....ugh.....I guess I am getting old, but man, this year, the trip back was freaking ARDUOUS! My back was bothering me before we left and sitting in de plane for 7 hours, like a sardine, a ferry, a couple of airports took its toll on me. But never fear, right now I am paying the price for going on vacation! IFTA first quarter filings, Income tax filings, and tonight a dinner courtesy of Doug M! Ive been fasting for days! Sure am hungry!
No blinking clocks for this event. Presumably because the power losses and restores happened so quickly. Had I not been home when it happened, I would be scratching my head wondering why the stove was off, just like you were.
