Id like to share it with as many FHC members as possible. As Barcroftb said early on in this thread it should be shared and as current caretaker id like to do as such. I have a few members in mind but it is difficult as there are no GTG's.
Sharing the sign encourages more GTG's... Good job Brad! While pics are great, shared = handed off to a new temporary home.
Kudos buZZsaw BRAD for showing the sign to so many members, but yes sharing was intended to mean temporary residency. I'm sure you'll pass it on as soon as you're able.
Had the pleasure of meeting FHC member Paul bunion today. Originally from Connecticut he was visiting his folks not far from where i live. May 2018 tornado downed a lot of trees on their property and we're working on a barter for firewood. Great to have met you Brian!
Paul bunion been on FHC for a minute... glad ya got some time with the Sign... of course in terms of Sign sharing, you probably should have witnessed Brad sign it and brought it back home with you, Brian. The whole purpose of the FHC sign as deemed by Barcroftb was to send it to as many members as possible. Shoot, NJ has plenty of active members whom could have received it after some time at Paul bunion ’s.................
No. Just wondering when you think the right time might be... a large GTG is not a prerequisite for passing the Sign along. Call it a peer check.
Due to covid I had stewardship of the sign for 9 months. There just wasn't any members that I come in contact with, on a regular basis. I did bring it to mini-gtgs before bestowing it to Brad. Kudos to buZZsaw BRAD for sharing it with other members.
Visited with buzz-saw this afternoon. Sign made the trip. Brought him some lath kindling from a recent scrounge and showed him the 500i too. For those that dont know we live two minutes apart. Just a coincidence when he joined FHC. Him and i are planning to go cutting together again as soon as the snow melts. I dont think either of us can wait.

Any face except that one. I HATE having my picture taken , never did and probably never will. But hey ; I had to take one for the team ; and hey if BRAD was nice enough to make me a part of it then why not. Thanks to everyone involved with this , really cool thing everyone has done.
Sounds like a great time. Getting the GTG season started early too! Glad to see the sign is getting some miles on her. She was born to run.
