never seen a three range but you could get a high/low 4 speed 8n, friend of mine has one and it makes it much more useful being I think the standard 8n is geared a little high even in first for some things. Really no reason a mid 20 hp gas tractor will do over 30 in road gear. The 2 speed was a Sherman hi/lo or over/under and they made a few types i guess. Another conversion was the ford flat head v-8 conversion for the 8n tractor. 25 ish hp to 60 or 80 would be crazy
