I know it's been a while since I posted, just been super busy. Burning the candle at three ends! Hope all of you are well, I usually check out the forum every day or so, and I'm always here if anyone needs me. I promise to post more as the summer balances itself out..... Cutting quite a bit of wood this year, just returned from a pruning job this evening. Been cutting an abnormal amount of maple this season, have 4 to do this weekend along with a big red oak! I'll try to get some pics.... Also we've taken our car to quite a few Cruise-Ins with three this week to go to.....I forgot how much I loved old hot rods!! Keep in touch guys, hope you've all been blessed in some way this season. Burning time is only a couple months away!!!
Better to be busy than not, Scotty Overkill And why'd ya have to go and put the burn time in a monthly perspective,man?! J/K- those of us small property town dwellers will have to pull out all the stops to be ready..... Stay hard at it, and savor the down time with family- that's a real blessing!
Hey Scotty, glad you checked in. How's the family? We lived less than a block from Fort St. where the Downriver Cruise was held. We just grabbed some chairs, walked down the block, and set up with the camera. Still have a bunch of pics.....awesome cars. The plant where I last worked was full of old gearheads who had quite a variety of old cars, and they'd do a yearly GTG in the parking lot. Gooder stuff. Have you posted about this car in the past?

papadave here's my toy....bought it last spring down in Greensboro, NC. It's a 1971 Maverick Grabber with 58,000 original miles. Painted Calypso Coral (aka Competition Orange). Motor is built nicely with a lumpy cam, but still streetable..
Who is this "Scotty" guy anyway? I thought the admins banned a guy like this for burning pine in his stove
