I bet if we just wait a few days it'll be windy enough the belts would just blow my way eventually.

We picked up some conveyor belts from a closed Shoko distribution center a few years ago. 24"-wide heavy as heck. Got a couple pieces on some stacks am having problems with them staying on, but seem to have them holding how. I will say, that I do like how I can just roll them as I pull wood out.

I cover wood used in the present winter but never while drying, cover what you will use this winter. I have to side cover due to 40 mph winds and snow, still get snow under tarps at times, fortunately my wood box is big enough to place wet wood on one side and its good and dry in 24 hours or less.

When you run out of belting, keep an eye out for old rubber roofing. It doesn't take a dozen gorillas to put it on, but you'll need to screw it on. I use leftover metal roofing screws because they have a generous head size and won't pull through. 20230130_092323.jpg
