Yes sir- the best cheese for smoking. They make a white and a yellow but hard to find yellow around here as it's not as popular. They also make a white with black pepper-not bad smoked either. The cheese in my picture (if I did this right!) looks that color from being smoked with apple for 4 hours. I vacuum seal afterwards
Oh damm. Now im gonna get ready to do this in the cold of winter. I tried smoking some last year, was ok just got a little warmer than I should but smoked well!
