Time to load the shed and test some splits

I love the dogs, the woodshed and the trailer.

 

No sir, all of the rail rack wood was felled in April '15 but not S/S until date indicated

 

drying time on Oak to under 20% in 18 monthsand that's middle.. read somewhere take 3 ends and center (center will be higher) and average..

 

It's definitely a combination of the 3 factors I mentioned and the fact we had a very hot and dry summer-I really feel the air flow underneath helps immensely-I'll have to try the averages method next time, makes sense...Thank you sir Canadian border VT

Hey gboutdoors I have the same wood hauler-do you have a wheel or wheels about ready to fall off? I cant get the wheel off and it wobbles like crazy and I had to reinforce with sheet metal screws where it connects the sections-its the perfect size but I'm really questioning the quality...???
