I'll have a look at your site. If you get down to K. largo look into the Sea Time Sportfishing charter.
Yep, I was looking at the single axle on the trailer, looks like 2000 lb axle or a 3500 at the most. I hope you don't have to haul too far. Impressive store of wood, though. I am working on 2 years at this point, but I am going to get there.
Usually the 6.4x12 trailers have a 3500 lb axle and a 2990 gvw. Weighing in the neighborhood of 900-1000 lbs empty they can carry 1900-2100 lbs. My 5x10 is rated at 2260 as it’s a 2990 gvw but lighter weight empty. These single axle trailers are perfect for a half cord of hardwood. Any more than that is definitely pushing it weight wise, but I’ve hauled several 2/3 cord-3/4 cord loads. I hope to get a 6x10 tandem dump with a 10,000 gvw. Then my truck will be the limiting factor not the trailer.
He’s vacationing right now then meeting the crew he crew up with ( that includes me ) on Eastern Shore Maryland for a weekend of camping
No chit!!! I haven’t seen him post lately, figured he must have blown a few fingers off and couldn’t type
