Cindy is has a lot of discomfort from her leg, (open area) and is very slow to move. MD is upping her dose of insulin every day. One day she was 374, but is now around 200 So my struggle is keeping certain foods from her plus doing wound care. These are things I familar with having done them for years with other patients. I think once the inflammation goes away, the diabetes will be much more manageable. We bought her a new chair last week. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. Thank you for asking about her. Others have also asked and sent prayers. I will let her know you inquired. Larry
Thank you. Having a hard time to get the insulin adjusted to the right dose. Blood sugars still spilling 200++, good thing is the antibiotics have helped and she is feeling better
Actually Brian I should have told you she is doing fairly well. Getting difficult riding in the car though. Thank you.
Heading to the big city in a few minutes. This is a last ditch attempt to fix the neck. Don't want surgery but it has been tough sledding this summer. Let's pray this works.
So far, so good. So to top it off, we bought a golf cart on the way home. Now just have to go back to pick it up. Thank you everyone.
Thanks for updates savemoney and Backwoods Savage .. Your beautiful brides are still on prayer list..
thank you, it is going to be months before we are out of the woods with this one. Hard to get the blood sugar to anything near what we need to be in control. Will be seeing wound care soon and a dietician.
