Thoughts and Prayers for those in need

Got word yesterday that a man I knew, he used to process some deer for us and did several welding jobs for us, died when his house burned Friday night...the worst part is I don't think he was a believer in JESUS. He told a fellow there wasn't a _ _ BIBLE in his house and never would be. I can only pray he called on JESUS before he died...

 

Prayers for the seven. Who died when a truck ran into a bunch of motorcyclist above Mount Washington..

On a brighter note, my coworker, Mike was discharged from the hospital on Thursday.

Still recovering strength, but doing much better.

 

Found out that Scott Kunz (Tree monkey) is in the hospital, needing prayers. Let's lift him up.

Please lift up our Pastor, Stan Ballew. His mom passed away this morning at 11:20. He had just gotten there. She had been put on hospice a few days ago.

Bro Stan had been struggling to find a nursing home close by that could and would look after her. He was the primary one seeing about her personal affairs, on top of being our pastor...she was ready to go home to JESUS...he told me Tuesday that he didn't think she would leave the hospital this time...

 

Amazing how often they seem to almost wait for the moment to pass.

Please pray for our mission camp this week. We have adults and youth from several different denominations and towns working on 5 different homes in our county, in this GA heat. May they be a blessing and get blessed this week.

Please keep my mama, the Queen of the hill, in your prayers. She fell Tuesday afternoon, dining chair hit her face and broke her nose. She is bummed up pretty good, nothing else is broken, thank GOD. She is 92...

Hi gang.

My good neighbor, right next door to me, just lost her grandson who was not even two years old yet. Her daughter and her husband were unloading the groceries at their house and little Elliot England was in a fenced in play area. Somehow he got out and ran into the road. He was hit by a vehicle going by. The responders tried to save him but he didn’t make it.

Thoughts and prayers for The England family and the Timm family (my neighbors) would be greatly appreciated.

There is also a go fund me called Help The Englands if you care to make a donation to help them through a tough time.

Sorry to hear that, T.Jeff. I hope she heals up well. I know how important living independently is for elder parents. Falls are bad news.
