Thoughts and Prayers for those in need

Thank you all for your support. I wish my brother could see the light and believe that his own intervention for his health is all that will give him more time here. But is nature has always been much that way. As for the suicides, when you see someone showing symptoms, please don't shy or be afraid of interfering. you will be surprised how often, the right offering of an ear, words of kindness, or even a hug (regardless of gender) can be so effective in redirecting a fatal behavior.

 

Well said. I pray for the families left behind. I know some feel guilty about not seeing symptoms of depression that often leads up to suicide. Sometimes there are little signs to see.

The choice to take ones life is sometimes called selfish, but those who attempt suicide often are trying to just end the pain, they feel their options have run out. Very sad.

 

Thank you for the update. Lets hope that is the end of it. One never know, not any one of us.. Praise the Lord.

 

Great news, GOD IS GOOD. She definitely needs to keep getting checked, melanoma is a nasty cancer.

This is the power of God.

 

Please pray for two of my people. One I had to force to retire Because he had such poor performance and didn’t care about even showing up. After retiring, he was diagnosed with cancer. Was still on insurance, so that was good. He is in hospice, only in his mid 40’s.

Another had some tests done this week. They called today and said go directly to the hospital. You are in complete renal failure.

He dropped 40 pounds recently as part of our fitness program. I think God told him “get in shape, you have a fight ahead of you”. Next week he was to be interviewed by the Discovery channel for a case he investigated. His wife is fighting cancer now as well.

The employee who had the kidney issue is back to work. He had a mild flu and learned his body does not tolerate dehydration. Lecture from the doctor once everything checked out and was release.
