Folks, I have to fess up here. I may have known about this prayer thread some times ago but if I did, I don't remember it. I'm a bit ashamed of myself for not noticing it before now and maybe wouldn't have if not for Turbodiesel and our conversations about Brian. So to those who have needed prayer, please forgive me. And for sure right now our prayers are really directed towards Brian and his family. This is a serious thing he is going through and we pray it will come out well for him. We're trying to keep in contact with his family.
Thanks Woody, amd everyone else. He had influenza B, and has recovered. The extrememly high temps certainly had us worried!

Geeze, this sounds like what my son came down with. Just starting to get over it. Glad your son is over it too.
Glad to hear there is good news.... even hearing this during this exact time in this thread is a miracle in itself.
And Brian has also made a post on his Facebook page. Of course it was his daughter who did the actual typing but it sounds like he is doing reasonably well. This makes me very happy.
Hi all As Dennis mentioned above, Brian is already showing signs of improvement since his procedure. Yes, this is the miracle that we were praying for. Please pray for continued recovery. Again, Thank you all.
