I'm so very sorry. I also went back to my own painful memories a year before yours while reading your sentence. She's headed to the Lord and in her own time.
We are really hoping for the best. I should know more today but my sister finally came to yesterday. She has no memory of what has been happening. She had stopped responding sometime Sunday night or early Monday. I started pushing for getting a feeding tube into her both for nutrition and to get medicine into her. They balked but her daughter has control of her mother's health and I worked on her. She said at first they told her that she was not strong enough to take the surgery for a feeding tube but when she realized this was the only way to get the Parkinson's medicine in her that is what it took. Feeding tube put in late Thursday. Yesterday when her daughter was on her way to the hospital she got a call from her mother!!! Upset because she could not find her glasses. Wow! So as soon as they got the medicine in, it did not take long before she woke up. Late afternoon she was able to hold a conversation but occasionally she would go off subject and be talking strangely but that was short lived. I may or may not see her today as I've been sort of under the weather and do not wish to take chances of passing something onto her or others. This is now the 3rd day with a headache for me although I got a couple hours of relief yesterday. I hope things begin to go better... Thank you everyone for your prayers.
