    I worked Friday through Sunday. A guy I worked with Friday got up out of bed Sunday morning and collapsed. His wife and son got him to the Hospital who then treated and transported him to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. He had a massive stroke and is in bad shape. :( Born and raised here. He is just a year or two older than I, so at 53 or 54. He and his wife have three boys. All early to mid 20s. Prayers For the Putman family would be appreciated.

    Wow, so many prayers going out for those in need...

    Here is another one. One of my best friends for many years is in very bad shape. He was moved to a hospice house yesterday. His condition has not been good but worsened last week when he fell and broke a leg, right where it goes into the hip socket. One of the worst things is that they can't give him pain medicine. Something about him taking dialysis. I'll be seeing him this afternoon.

    My Brother-in-law went in for a MRI to look at possible rotator cuff surgery. They found a cancerous lesion on the MRI. Ordered up a full body CT scan and it looks like metastasized cancer in his lungs, liver, and shoulder. Should know more after a call from oncologist. He is mid 40s and they have three boys 5 years old to 1 year old. Name is Randy.

    A quick update. Scheduled for a pacemaker on October 14. They have me on a drug to keep my pulse and bp down until the surgery. My normal pulse and bp is 66 and 110/70 so that being said I have almost zero energy. Been struggling to get last minute stuff moved/put away for winter since I finally got the new shed under roof. By evening when I come in I’m exhausted so I haven’t been feeling much like getting online. Since I’m always 3 years ahead on split wood that isn’t a concern. Thanks for all the prayers. Try to keep you updated. Joshua 1:9
