    I thought this devotion would fit in rather good here...

    HELP WITH PRAYER

    Do you ever have trouble praying? Most of us do. This passage tells us God is fully aware of our weakness in this respect. The great news is that the Spirit works to make our real needs known to God the Father.

    The Spirit uses "groans that words cannot express" to present these needs to God. Like a married couple that can finish each other's sentences, God knows exactly what the Spirit is requesting on our behalf. What a relief to know that the Spirit of God is supplementing our feeble prayers!

    If you have trouble with prayer, take heart. The Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is praying for you.

    Scripture

    In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

    A 30" solid steel door landed on his foot, I know he has a cast and some serious swelling, black & blue. Send some prayers for him today!

    Thanks everyone, I had the metatarsal bone set today and a cast put on. I go back to have xrays in a week. If it takes I'm good, if not I will have surgery. Here's hoping!!!

    Please be in prayer for the Everett and Tyson families. Ann, far left was my cousin, she passed away today about 2 PM. She recently found out she had kidney and lung cancer, but before she could start treatment, she developed blood clots and double pneumonia in her lungs. FB_IMG_1592457805576.jpg
