    Thank you Lord for a nice enough vehicle.

    I'll clarify. Traveled to TN today and saw 98° on the dash while I sat in the cool AC while pulling a loaded trailer. Very grateful!

    I saw a young man pass me with all his windows down and shirt off. I remember those days....

    Yeah, me too. The worst I remember was one time we drove across the Nevada desert/salt flats. Temp reported on radio was 112. We fortunately bought ice in Salt lake city. My poor wife suffered a bit more than I did but took a washcloth and would constantly dip it in the cold water in the ice chest. A couple times she would wipe my face with that cool cloth and it felt wonderful. I vowed that would be our last vehicle without air conditioning. But when we lived in Northern MI we really had no need for it. However, the need to take occasional trips south made us get the air.
