Right where I want to be.
I know this will date me, but this reminds me of the Green Acres episode where Oliver had a bunch of potted veggies on his balcony.
I think they lived in a highrise in Manhattan.
    Pretty funny.
Still eat butter (not a lot), beef (not a lot), and other stuff that's been proven to be unhealthy, then later proven to be healthy.
Most things in moderation. Oh, and life's short......eat dessert first.

    Carry on.

My great grandparents ate eggs everyday bacon or sausage or scrapple a lot of mornings. They ate red meat as they pleased. They lived to their 80's respectively.

My mother lived to 92. She ate all those things... in moderation too. She also had the most amazing positive attitude, no matter how bad situations ever got. She learned to be that way during WWII. She'd always say the food police were nuts...

    Exactly.

What I always thought was hilarious are those people who pay someone else to pick up dog chit outta their yard!

Now if you're elderly or disabled in some capacity then I totally agree with that .But most that I've heard of/known doing that are usually fairly young & look to be quite healthy.

I'll tell you what not to overeat. That is "stress". It's a killer. It has taken me nearly a lifetime to learn to let things go. Do what I can, be honest about it. But not let it eat me up. So when you next load up your plate. Moderation is the best serving.

Well, you wouldn't want those younger folks to drop their cel phones in a fresh smoothy would ya? ;) My son would tell you that he learned all about how some jobs are easier than others, early in his life. And, that after doing the really really bad jobs... everything else seemed easier anyway. He started dog poo duty at around 10. He snickers now I'm sure, when he's picking up after his 2 huskies.

Mmmmmmm bacon, I love bacon! I fixed bacon and eggs every morning this weekend before we headed out fishing.
