There different prices all over the country. They have them that are heavier duty for snow with more support...and heavier gauge. They cost 100 more. I attached the pic and took it landscape but it turned it the wrong way...can't figure out how to correct it on the forum...modd help please ) Here in the south there cheaper cause the 2 big ones are head quartered here in NC . They are carolina carport who in my opinion is the industry leader and there is TNT carport. Both are located around Mt airy. Carolina offered standard 6ft legs all others are 5ft standard.
Great idea. I think I may have to start saving my money now. I'm in the begging stages where I'm still trying to figure out the best place to stack.
If you "edit" your pic on the phone and "rotate" and then save it? It will come up as normal. Was the home button to the right? Proper Landscape is with home button on the right. If it's to the left it won't orient it correctly. Or you can tap and hold on the photo in your post and "save" it to your phone in that orientation and then pull down your drop down menu, click on the downloaded photo, then edit/rotate and save. Then it shows just as HDRock posted above. As for the prices? They are hard to beat. Where else can you get an 18' x 21' garage (fully enclosed with a garage door and one man door). You can see the one brochure in my last pic above. Heck, for $5,000, you can have a fairly large garage. You select the colors to match your home, garage, landscape, ect..
Yep the home button was on the right. I have never had it flip like that? I did not go into edit it cause I thought there was a way in the software here..I didnt see it, but it may not be on the mobile version? I rotated it in my gallery bit not under the exit function. It shows right in my gallery but loaded sideways. Yep you can't beat the prices. And CCI will even come back and add on to their own carport for like $100 I think. So say I want to turn the carport into a garage in 10 years ...then I just pay for the back other side and front and roll up and they will finish it for me then. I have a larger one at my place already that was here when I bought the place. I love it. I am cutting g the grass today before someonesays anything This one is like 16x 32
I drove by a place this afternoon in Oxford, they had a unit like the $695 unit, price here is $1200. That's a big difference.
Go to like all steel building direct or something like that. They are a CCI nationwide dealer and you can see the price in your area. I can find the exact same thing in my area for a price similar to that. There are some basically scam mere around.
Quick look shows them for $995 from carportscarports . Com which is same company I was talking about earlier just a sister wetsite. More than my $695 bit there loading the things up on trailers and hauling them to you way up there. Still better than the local guy at $1200 though.
Finally done with the stacking! Woohoo! Got all the splits that I had piled up into the shed. The stacks on the left are all what I had piled up. There's 4+ cord there, with everything that puts me at 17 cord stacked. Would be a little more but I took a cord up to my father in law today. Had my little girl out helping again tonight, we put 5 loads in with the UTV. Man I can't stress how awesome those things are for everything firewood related.
Where is that flyer from? I looked at their site adn the prices look to be much more. An 18x21 carport is $1245, not $695.
That is great Sean, especially when the kids are helping out. I might make one little suggestion. Looking at that outside row, there is one really bad spot that should be repaired a bit else it no doubt in time will cave in on you. You might be able to wedge something in there to level it out a bit and that might do the trick. Just trying to save you some work.
No it wouldn't let me. Also wouldn't let me put a northern Maine zip code either. I put a zip for Ohio, where my buddy lives. 45135
Nate, the flyer I posted is from Carolina carport inc. They have several facilities I think but are based in NC. I think there is one in texas. Doesnt surprise me that they dont deliver to alaska!! There different price as all over based on travel time and local contractor wadges as the installers are somewhat local to an area I think. The same carport in ohio is $795 that is $695 for me and is $995 in maine. There are also some states they dont go to. There are several companies though. One is like american carport or something. There is carolina carport, eagle carport and TNT carport among others.
