Alright I know of or have used most of those but the picture of the Indian I don’t remember nor the left foot pedal unless your thinking about dimmer switch or a clutch.
Left foot - high/low beam switch for headlights. I think the Indian is part of a test pattern that TV stations would broadcast at the end of the day. I've seen them in color, and without the Indian depiction.
They made little black and white portable TVs into the seventies. I had one that had great reception I used to watch the red sox on a NH station when they were blacked out in Mass. A little 12 or 13 inch Goldstar TV B&W. Yeah push button starters are nothing new. I don't know if I would call the floor switch starter a switch it was more like a mini pedal. To the right of the gas pedal it had like a three inch throw or push. That's how I remember it anyway. Now the first car I drove had three on the column.
Same here. Brother had a '62 Chevy something or another (big horizontal fin rear fenders) w/3 on the tree, and I bought a mid-70's Bronco with same. Grandma had a Rambler with a push button trans. in the 60's. Our new-ish SUV has push button start. Ooooooh, Ahhhhh. What's old is new again. (wish I could say the same for myself).

I tried and worked with my daughter to get her to ride a bike. I guess when you give a 3 year old a 4 wheeler you ruin them for a human powered machine. She is 9 now and still refuses to even touch a bicycle. Rides the crap out of a 4 wheeler still.
When my daughter was 5 I got here a go kart to drive my son around. She was a little short seeing over the steering wheel. I told her thats all right, all you need is a phone book. Looks me strait in the eyes and asks whats a phone book?
I asked a 18 and a 28 year old at work if they knew how to use a rotary phone. They asked me how you used them. About 6 years ago I asked my niece if she had an orange magic marker. She had no clue. I said how about an orange sharpie, that she understood. Sent from my SM-A205U using Tapatalk
I work with 50 yrs who have totally embraced the electronic age and I am the only one who uses a phone book or has one on my desk. Kind of funny really because I get asked what the phone number is instead of them looking it up electronically.
My uncle was a 5th grade school teacher in the 80's he often lamented "how to you teach clockwise with a digital clock"
