I have a lift attached to my receiver, it has a swing away arm so I can get into the back of the van. The lift carries my mobility scooter. The lift and swing away go for about $2500 The arm is bolted to the receiver. Yes, someone could steal it. I try to avoid places where the there isn't high visibility. Staying away from Walmart is a wise decision. There has been two shootings at our local mart. I can go over to Target. Whole different crowd.
