I gave away a cord to a friend in need last week. I'm down to 19 cords css with about 5 more cords in need of ss. Today was a yellow maul day. All yellow maul days are good days.
11 cs working stacking 18 in rounds. 9 in various lengths to be cut = 38 full cords in yard Will start hauling more home in sept
Yikes! Scotty! That's a lot of wood. I might just come see you just to feast my eyes on that much wood. I get by on a steady 8 - 9 cords. But that is all I have room for. Wish I had a little more space but that keeps me burning 3 year old wood. Good stuff, but not by your standards. Chief
We Well, you know my situation Dennis. Just don't have room for any more. I do get to start each winter with a little 4 year old stuff, which is nice when I'm trying not to burn to hard.
I better weigh in here. 2 cord in the shed + about 2 cord north of fence + 1/2 cord of uglies n stubbies + 1 generous cord south of the fence. That's my contribution. Of course, it's poplar, so maybe x that by .65
Part of my trouble is, I won't be without a fire just because it is summer. I probably burn a cord out here. Fire Chief! It's in my blood! And the ones o don't Hey, http://firewoodhoardersclub.com/forums/members/saskwoodburner.3182/, doesn't sound that bad to me. We all do our best. Some have more means than others. You hang in there. You are doing just fine. Chief
Yes . Measured and used the cord calculator on the home page. I own the land on the other side of the fence also. Fence is just to keep the dog in(and the wood thieves out).
