Same here though both of mine in the same sizes are Stihl---I can sharpen a knife for shaving or surgery, a chain not so much---I find them quick, easy and chain savers...I've had them 2+ years and never to this point changed a file in them

I have one I just used for the first time. It was super easy and twice as fast plus left my chain super sharp. I love this thing. Highly recommend!

I have one and a timberline that I use on two Stijl MS250s. I use the 2n1 at each tank and touch up with the timberline back at home.

Still have to find my best way to hold the saw steady in the field when sharpening though. Always seems uncoordinated whether free hand, timberline, or 2n1. Current way is to cut a slot to drop the bar into and sit facing that with saw on my knees and handle against my belly. With the dogs dug in, it lets the chain spin as I need it.

I have two of the sharpeners, one in .325" and the other for 3/8". They work great, but don't work on skip chain, which I use most of the time.

Have to admit I have tough time it comes to sharpening chains. That is why I picked up the Stihl 2n1. It has helped me with the angle if nothing else. Some people knocked it for filing the rakers every time, but I have confirmed with a sharpie that it doesn't hit the rakers unless they are to high. Still not sure my angle is 100%, I feel like there should be more point.

I have one of these in 3/8 and I really like it. I freehand my .325 chains and feel like I do “good enough” but my angles aren’t nearly as consistent as I wish they’d be. I’m planning on picking up a grinder this winter.
