I can remember my older sister having a 60 something convertable Mustang with one of those fancy 8 tracks in it I grew up listening to all this stuff
I heard it was today... but yeah, the Ed Sullivan show was always a Sunday night. I think it started at 8:00PM.
Jonesing for a good concert so I watched Neil Young and Crazy Horse-Year of The Horse. Cant wait for the summer concert season-hope it is as good as last year
Followed up with the Encore Set of Heart of Gold. damm he sounded great in this recording...Fantastic ! I dont think I know of anyone more versatile than Neil Young
I was 11 in 1974 and I think I wore this one out. I always said I was born about 15 years too late as I would have fit right in to the hippie years I still march to my own drummer. Guess that is why I moved from the Boston area to rural NH . I get this from my mom. I remember being in a record store with her in my early teens and we both bought the same 45-The Doors, Riders On The Storm.

In my late teens/early 20s, we would get together on our days off and set the boat adrift. Spend all day sunning ourselves and enjoying life. Party and camp up on the rocks at night.
Just realized that I bought this a few weeks ago but havent given it a spin yet. Changing that tonight. I'm liking it .
