I'm just sayin' there's a lot of real estate on that top cover for a sticker. Where are you headed Randy?
Headed? Me? I don't know. Disney Land maybe. We just ran Mike's little Oh26.........tuned to 15,200, it was four-strokin right hard.
I really like my 026, light saw and I use it a lot around the house. Nice for making small cuts or if I only need to make a few cuts. Had it out on the ice today.
Got this off CL for $30 last April. Didn't take much to get her going. (fresh gas/carb kit) Picture is day of purchase. Great saw... has the fully adjustable carb as well. A keeper!
When I got this saw, the clear plastic protective film was still on both badges. The corners were lifting so I peeled them off. If it lives to be twice it's current age, I will probably be done sawing.
Fwiw, all those doubting ethanol could've been in a saw last run 20 years ago, we've been pretty much forced to use e10 here in SE Wisconsin for more than 20 years. I recall we had e10 before I started to drive, so that would put e10 in use for at least 24 years here in SE Wisconsin.
I agree Horkn. I have seen nothing but E-10 since I moved here over 30 years ago. OTOH Duane was saying he saw a saw with the original plastic film over the label. I need to say so what. My Stihl 026, that is well over 20 years old, still has those plastic film label covers because I have seen no reason to remove them. I had mine in the shop last week and the tech commented that it looked like a new saw.
Love the smoke in the background looks like the B&C at first You done gooooodDid you mess with the ignition timing?
