Scotty, all pics need to be taken with the home button on the right (phone sideways and no need to crop) and pic taken with the phone not in landscape, will post sideways. I have an S4 as well and love it. But every pic, the phone has to be on its side.

As for tree pics.. Hard to compare to your tree/room my friend. That is stunning! You did an amazing job! My Wife just looked at it and said "why can't you do that"? LOL..

Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

A little better pic. This is ~30 year old artificial tree that was given to us 12 years ago. The price on the box is $49.99, the good old days:( The first few years with an fake tree we needed to decorate with cedar limbs to get that Christmas smell.

We have scaled way back on the size of the tree since the kids got older and are now all grown up. But my wife still loves to decorate.

In a few minutes I'm going to go downstairs to the family room and start my wrapping. I'll get the VC fired up and crankin' and we'll heat with that for the next few days. It has actually gotten a little colder here and is now down to 36'F. So, we'll need to do something to get the house comfy, and in not so cold weather like this, just letting the warm air come up from the family room pretty much does the trick.

WOW! Quite a difference and not that much distance. Maybe you have warm air coming in off the ocean. We woke up this morning and it was still in the mid 50s but has dropped like a rock.

The two attachments in this post aren't showing up on my computer. If I double click the link, I get an error message. Is this happening to anyone else?

I gotta brag a little, my wife laid the brick and rock-hearth, exterior, porch posts and steps. We made the mantle stone, Quickcrete and dye. Textured it by covering it with plastic and pressing real stones into it while it was still wet. Most people stand right it front of it and comment how well that "rock" fits and ask where we found it.
