This ones been completely stripped twice. Once when I did some port work on the 45cc engine, and the second when I pulled the 45cc engine and put the 58cc engine.

The tank and plastic are the only thing that is "Earthquake" on this one ;)

Question....... What bar mount does this thing use? I want a 14" or 16" bar for it. And will probably need it in .325 (see below).

Also, I think the 58cc engine came with a .325 rim. Because it sure didn't like that low pro 3/8" chain. Took the bar and chain off after I started it. Made a bunch of racket and sounded "notchy" when moving by hand. Will look more into this tonight or tomorrow.

Still have this dual port. It's for a 45cc machine.

Dex I have some notes I compiled with bar mount etc. Give me some time and I will dig them out and post them here. Its in my note feature on my phone. I'm getting ready. I have the bar mount designation . There are 2 but one needs the liked hole drilled out to work the other works but is less common of I remember. I think there small mount Poul an?

That seller that sold you the 52cc ought to have bars that fit?

As an aside. I finally am selling g my extra 45cc. This ice storm has them crazy. I had not r posted my CL add in months. I did last night and got 4 hits n an hour. Wish I had like 4 more in stock!!

I picked up a small mount Husky 16" on the cheap for my 45cc. 45cc+ are all the same mount, 52cc+ are .325. My 52cc pulls a 20" 325 with surprising authority.

The ice storm has no new bars or saws around here! And folks are like vultures.

That's correct. The 38/41 are a different mount than the 45cc+.

Got 3 more 38cc. Only one if I remember right had a file. Two were original boxes. Both had new chains. Still have the plastic bar spacer in there. One looked like it was in wood for a split second. The other, brand new. Both had new bars. The third one was in a brown box has been run has a few scratches on air filter cover sticker. Chain used I think? Can't remember. And its bar was run a few miss utes as was the saw. I can see miss or paint worn on the rails.

IMG_20140303_164141_409.jpg Yep. Did you watch the news a few weeks ago. The had a major ice storm below me. There is trees down everywhere. Not a saw was to be bought a few weeks ago in the box stores. The big stihl store sold 600 saws that friday saturday and like monday or something till they sold them all. The store I go too hardly had any left.

I had my extra 45 listed and never sold. After the ice I listed it and had 4 people in 10mins . No one has talked me down yet. First one got $100 second d I wanted 120 but still had 100 in my text and 120 in the hrading. So I said how about $110 and the guy said ok.

There is another guy that said he wants 2 for his landscape biz. And verbally agreed on price.

Augusta GA , home of the masters is in overdrive to clean up themess before the tourney!! Here is a pic of the junk at ONE of the staging areas. This pile is as big as a highschool gym.
