    He was complimenting this board by using sarcasm on how kind and caring all the members are on here. I don't think he was Gas SS or even participated in the SS, just a funny guy commenting on our wonderful board with his dry humor (sarcasm). No worries:) I usually bust a gut on his posts. Nice guy, just a touchy subject on the SS.

    On a side note.... Lovely Wife has been using the Bells Gap Maple Syrup Scotty Overkill sent me for SS. Every morning she mixes a little in our coffee.

    Some guys did really good. I was prepping to do a run this year, then I got sick as a dog for several days and didn't have any desire to do it. Then, with the mild weather, tree work went ballistic. Been up against the wall ever since. I still have 15 gallons in the basement from the past two years....lol

    Hopefully next season.

    Record season in the making here in this area. Temps. very close to the ideal, -5c nights, +5c days. Some processors running 24hrs. non-stop. Saying the finished product is the lighter colored version. Everybody seems Happy,Happy....Happy.

    My wife just bought 3 gallons from friends and 4 containers of a maple cream they make. Spread that on our toast.:eek::drool:
