The ubiquitous "I'm on holiday hot dog legs on the beach " social media photo.
Hot dogs or legs, you decide.

I personally know someone who was very tempted to do that while walking the Lang Scots Mile last fall!!! If only I, I mean “he” had brought the 021 in his suitcase!!!

back in the early 2000's when i was still married, my ex and i would rent a cottage right on the beach in lower Cape Cod. During the day, i couldnt lay around in the sun so id walk the beach looking for driftwood scraps of all sizes so we could have a fire at night right on the beach.

Got the first oak pile done and it comes in right around 100 feet long. Now we are on to the next one. The picture of the rounds is what got cut since Monday , minus what’s already been split. Temps hovered right around 90 with low humidity. Drank just shy of 1.5 gallons today, mostly water with 1 iced tea and 1 Gatorade in the mix.

mine take a pretty good beating too even though i wear pants when working. Havent split any wood in close quarters lately which is why they get banged up. Cuts have healed, still some bruises. Battle scars we wear with pride i guess! IMG_0568.JPG

While we’re fessin up I do all my work in Merrill Mocs and no socks. Tried my logger boots the other day and I could feel my hip going out. Use what works I guess.

That’s somewhat interesting. I sometimes feel like wearing certain boots bothers my lower back.

Another day of solid work jrider . The geometry of that oak pile looks flawless. How many cords would you estimate are in that 100’ pile?
