    My sister bought a place that came with a small vineyard. The grapes were ripe as they were closing the purchase, so I swooped in and absconded with a few grapes to play with. We have about 6 gallons of juice fermenting.

    Old Smokey moonshine has an Apple Pie Cider they just released. Premix in a can. It’s good.

    I’ve been mixing old Smokey apple pie moonshine with apple cider for a couple years now and will drop a sliver of cinnamon in with it.

    orchard 1 hr from here one way so i cheated for now just to get my fix....

    Got a new 10 gallon brew kettle which will mainly serve as my pastureizing unit.
    My sous vide one that I posted awhile back works but it takes alot of water....I'm doing smaller batches now this should work good 20230507_123957.jpg
