Yup, you all suck lol. I only have one right now, a Hi-point c9. Really looking at a stoeger STR-9 or a .45 1911. Got the LGS looking on a price and if they can even get one for the stoeger STR-9 or STR-9 C.
I'll bet if they did fire any off, in a matter of minutes there would be a swarm of her majesty's minions surrounding the location... Whatever's left there is best kept hidden until it's absolutely needed. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a decent sized black market in the UK for handguns. That's all laws really do anyway; make entrepreneurs out of ordinary citizens.
Eh. Depends on where they are. But what I got watching Hot Fuzz that the old fool with the old water mine, then his ....otherworldly arsenal...taken away. Then it seemed like "oh we'll take that one off your hands, mate".
New Keltec CP33. Two 33 round magazines, 50 round magazine extensions available. Reliable and accurate as most reviews state. Very fast and fun to shoot. 1.5” ten shot group at 45’ with stock fiber optic sights, off a bag and bulk Aguila ammo. Very light, smooth trigger but a bit long. Bolt release is stiff, hopefully it’ll break in. Sometimes fails to fully seat the first round out of the magazine, sticky ammo and lack of break in may be the cause. So far I really like it.
I knew better I went and fondled a few from a local gun store today, then I filled out paperwork Sadly the background check system is being so over run right now, they said they are doing on average 10 firearm sales a day (and it's not a big store) that after an hour wait I ended up having to leave before it came back, normally only takes mine a few minutes to run. But this weekend I should make it back into town and pick up my new Sar9. Shh... Don't tell the misses
That's a beauty! I'm a fan of the FA .454's, shot a number of prototypes in the early 90's. Solid and well made. I've got a Ruger SRH 7.5" that does pretty well at 75 yrds with a 4 moa dot. Hoping for black timber elk and bear this year.
This is the first FA I have handled, they are well made. It’s amazing how smooth built like a tank can be. I am ready to shoot some, it will be coming with me on my expeditions. I would like to use it on all kinds of hunts, but will fill the freezer by either rifle or pistol.
They are a quality revolver, hands down. I hope to pick another one up in the future, very accurate if you do your part. * They are "snappy" from the bench with full-house loads, so take your time so it doesn't surprise you. I know you're a shooter, but these have some -pop- to them. My Ruger Alaskan was gentle compared to a few of the FA's I shot. Grip profile and my small hands contributed to that I'm sure.
Thanks for the knowledge/advice. Had a S&W 500 with 4” 700 grain hot loads want to come unhanded. I can relate to snap.
Mine was a .454. Really easy to shoot with Win. mid-power loads. Sold it back to the original owner when he got back on his feet (financially).
My old Glock 26 Gen 1 got a 24 round mag today. Not sure why but it did. Going to make some gong noises tomorrow
gong show the first ten were a touch low but my 26 is sighted in with some hot personal defense loads and for this new mag test I just grabbed some Herters aluminum case cheapos new magazine performed all glock like just like I knew it would
