Colt 45 Series 70 about minimum is $900 the next series 80 has an additional safety - really screws up the trigger. It can be defeated with some aftermarket parts which will clean up the trigger to anything you can get a 70 to. Spent a lot of time with the Colt 45's.

You too! Didn't someone already post they got one? That seems like a cool gun.

Stihl, how does the PMR 30 run through ammo? Have heard from time to time they are finicky and jam some. Has prevented me from purchasing one so far, that and am holding out for one of each color of the new Ruger Wranglers.

Thanks, haven't shot it yet, the heat is oppressive right now. humidity is horrible. plus I have been busy. I may try to shoot it this afternoon. i'm already soaked with sweat so it won't matter.

Shot the Kel tec today, run two 30 round mags with two different types of ammo thru it. no malfunctions. was shooting for reliability more than accuracy. I need to move the sight some. but it's too hot to mess with it now. sweat was running down in my eyes. it is bad humid here. I would suggest getting one of the Lula loaders. these mags are a pain to load.

    Anyone know wwII Walther P-38's?

This one is too nice, and I'm looking to sell it.
AC42 made in Walther plant in 1942 2 mags, one looks original. All numbers match, in good shape. Serial 8354e. E means export I think.

I logged into a p38 site but their picture upload process is archaic.

The bottom mag isn't for this gun. No idea what it's for to be honest.

So anyone know P-38's or someone that does?

With the amount of firearms in this country, IF "they" ever decided to confiscate the ones already out there, they would be paying a heavy price to do so. At some point I would hope they realize that the juice is not worth the squeeze. Even so, all banning them is going to do is create a whole bunch of entrepreneurs here. There will be a huge black market for selling them, making them, etc. Look at what prohibition did in the 1920s-1930s.
