You can, it’s been done before. For instance Canada went pretty strict more than a decade ago and a few years back, they voted quite a bit back.

Agreed they have taken a lot from you. If the population gives up you can never get back what is gone. Don’t give up what you believe is your rights. Your free men, until you give it away.

Take back your rights, your heritage,....never give up free thinking and free will.

    Exactly!

Many laws are just someone else's opinion being forced on everyone.
    For example;
Vermont passed a law just to say there would never be a law prohibiting the use of clotheslines. Good to know.

Lots of subdivisions and towns vote those clothes line laws in.

As for clay shooter, you could always move to the US, take a job here and move. We would be glad to have another free thinking gun lover in this country!

Temper tantrums always have negative results. I will take a wild guess that the altercation took place at the local gathering place.

Thanks, I'll be sure to update you guys. I have an XD MOD2 in 45 and I really like it. I like the trigger on it, I can feel the reset on it and get shots off pretty quick. I think this XDM should be the same. I was not planning on buying this gun but I could not pass it up. After the rebate it was $343, it retails for $673.

Thanks. I don't have a suppressor yet. I keep hoping the hearing protection act will pass. I also have a Sig P320 Tac ops with a threaded barrel.

Mrs. TD decided it was time for a new ccw.
She has been looking and reading reviews for all the popular 380's and 9's and finally settled on the Kimber Micro 9 w/ laser grips.
I'll be looking for tritium night sites for it soon. (This model had the tru glow sights. Yuck)

The extended mag holds 7. They used to ship them with a standard 6 round mag.
Need to find a few more mags

Never say never. I suppose there was a time in the UK when someone said "They'll never make us give up our guns..." If a major conflict was to kick off in Europe, would it not be prudent for the UK to rearm itself? Perhaps not, but I can tell you that military invasion of the US would be met with an astounding resistance from the Citizenry. Heck, it even keeps the UN away. :)

It gives are own Gov. officials a bit of pause as well, which is precisely why it is written into the original Constitution.

I messed with the Apex trigger kit again on the smith and got it working pretty good. took it out and shot it and trigger is much better. I am pleased now. probably keep it now and put it in the truck. My hands are really shaky now with this new meds they have me on for now. the shots way off was me shakin and jerking. finally settled down and started getting closer. it wasn't the gun it was me. this was shot at 25 yards. These new meds are messin with me big time.

That's good to hear that you got the trigger mod to work better. I've shot my S&W sv9e a few times with the stock trigger. I hate the trigger. Hearing this from you makes me want to buy the apex kit.
