Little bit or trunk oak, and a squished finger tip for an added bonus.

 

Like the oak, not the finger! A scrounge a day adds up.

 

Maybe it's bad enough to pierce?

 

I tried, I poked it in two different spots, not much came out though. At first I thought it was a giant blood blister that was too deep, now Im not so sure. Thankfully, the swelling is mostly on the pad, not under the nail. Though, I cant think of any better instant pain relief than sending a hot needle through a finger nail after smacking it.

 

More apple today! Apple is taking it on the chin around here.

Sweet! I just talked my way into a suburban as a rental upgrade.....I wonder what I can fit in that?

I asked for a truck again, but this was the best he offered. Nice to get an extended test drive though. I am thinking of a Tahoe for my wife' next car

 

Now that's what I call a car hoard! I'll have to go back for seconds.

Its about an hour round trip to check, not really worth it when I have things to do around the house. I went out this morning to scout an oak in Derry, then figured we would just take a ride to kill a little time since we were already out.

 

Some nice dry elm, I'll pick it up for you if it's still there at noon. Got the wheelchair in the car now, otherwise I'd grab it.

 

Nope, somebody got it, too bad.
