Born and raised in New England. Either you embrace winter/snow or your miserable 5 months out of the year.

I certainly don’t enjoy getting up before work to snow blow the driveway to come home to find the snow on the roof has slid off on the spot I had cleared. But it is what it is...

I don't like it because it prevents me from doing stuff in the yard. I get to feeling marooned in the house. I actually enjoy shovelling, because it's something to do outside.

Once the snow covers the stuff in the yard that needs to get done it’s out of sight out of mind.
Try xcountry skiing or snowshoeing. Good excersize, fresh air and usuall nice scenery. Beaver brook association in Hollis has a nice trail system.

No ma'am, just being real. When I built bour wood boxes, they will nest inside each other. I use the big box for regular length, mid size for shorties and uglies, small for kindling. We burn it all.

I'm going to let the noodles dry a bit, the wood is green. Does smell nice. As for birdhouse making, I lack the skills.

I did a little better this afternoon. And, I met Julio who was dumping brush, and he's going to give me some wood he cut at Sky Meadow (local golf course) tomorrow at 8A! Stay tuned. IMG_20181130_5734.jpg
