As a resident of the fine town of Wallyworld, I have some insight. Wallyworld is a wonderful town. That being said, on the technology side, it’s a bit behind the times. Most of the business you do with the town is paper based, over the phone or in person. E-mail, electronic forms, webpages……all things that don’t really exist.
Exactly how it should be everyplace, actually have to interact with another, seems to add a level of accountability and civility.

There are plenty sue happy folks around here also but we don’t have the population density that you folks do out there.
Only if you pay attention to bureaucrats and their formal BS. Unfortunately we have tons of people that like to bend over for such things. Which in turn tends to force everyone else to do so.
