    Infrared cooker. Really easy to use and still tastes like it is deep fried.

    We slow cooked our 26lb bird in the roaster....nothing special, but delicious as always. All the fixins were homemade from scratch, my wife has become quite the cook...

    No pics of the cooking but one of the table......

    My daughter is taking a film making class, homework is a Thanksgiving video, she has been shooting footage all day, I have seen bits and pieces, can't wait to see the final production.

    I'm ready for a nap sacked out on the couch with the hounds.

    Very moist and tender.
