    Pretty normal around here. Had lunch with in-laws then headed to spend the day/night with my grandmother on hospice. Usually will spend the afternoon/evening with friends but she is more important right now.

    Made myself a huge plate of nachos in the toaster oven about noon. Then later had some mashed sweet potato (butter melted in) with yogurt, cinnamon, real homemade vanilla and cream all whipped together as a mousse type desert. Called the family in the evening and chatted - a normal Thanksgiving for me.

    That sounds really good, except for the sweet potato part.

    Traditional Thanksgiving dinner here just without all the people. I'll be eating leftovers all week. Made a big plate for a sister who couldn't/didn't want to make it.

    Barbara and I are having our Thanksgiving meal today. Im doing the cooking this year so I thought a small chicken would be best to start with. :rolleyes: Should be done a little later. Im hoping for the best. :D
