"Texas Hot Dog" Chili sauce

    No, unsweetened chocolate. I also prepare the meat differently than the restaurant style. They boil the meat. I brown the meat and remove as much fat as I can and add beef broth to it. My meat to sauce ratio is a lot higher also. The restaurant chili tends to be a little watery. Homemade is much better when the recipe is right.

    Had some for dinner tonight. These were gone in 2 minutes, along with the beer.

    We split the dogs down the middle and put half of one on each bun so we can get more chili on it.
