    Something I do, that I'd highly recommend is very cold showers. You could even do an ice bath. I do a couple minutes of as cold as the shower goes at the end of the shower. I'd do it right after your splitting sessions. It really isn't that bad imo and it's great for inflammation, muscle soreness and muscle fatigue.

    I’ve tried a few different supplements over the years, and honestly, some work better than others depending on diet and exercise. One thing I’ve noticed is that sleep and stress management play a massive role in how well these things work. If anyone is looking to buy steroids in canada, make sure you're also keeping up with proper nutrition and consistent training.
