While the game ended as I would have liked, it was a dud, IMO.

KC kept helping the Bucs more than themselves.

Being a long-time Pats fan, and while I have no complaints, I wonder why New England can't get players like them.

With 7 championships, Brady needs just 4 more to tie Bill Russell.

 

All I could think of when I happened to glance at the TV (I never watch the half time show), is they have underwear on their heads.

 

As far as halftime goes, I do believe that I am now far beyond the targeted demographic group.

Couldn't hear/understand thr lyrics

I'm just a dinosaur. I suppose.

 

I watched the puppy bowl to get ready for the human game.

Was not a fan of Eric Church's start of the National Anthem, but Jazmine really pulled it in and they finished strong.
The Doritos ad with Matthew McConaughey was LOL funny. I enjoyed the Paramount Plus ads until the last one.

Fell asleep with a little over 6 minutes to go in the fourth quarter. KC hurt themselves. Even though I was rooting for TB, I did see a couple of questionable calls. But, I thought they were good calls until I saw the slo-mo replays, so calling it in real-time is tough. The KC quarterback did some incredible stuff during the 4th quarter - but in the end his receivers just couldn't hang onto the ball.

 

99 asked who is in the halftime show as she realized she hadn't heard. It was at the two minute warning of the first half when she was wondering. Neither of us knew!

I realized at that point that it has been decades since I have seen a 1/2 time show...decades! I can't even remember what the last one was!

This year was no different; no 1/2 time show for this guy.

 

Too funny! I made a similar comment near the end of the game..........."Looks like the old man took the young kid to school!"

 

The half time show is the perfect time to go to the washroom, get something to eat and drink before the second half. I am convinced the half time show is for the non-sports fans watching.

 

Eric Church started the National Anthem like it was a funeral dirge. Thankfully she was there. He flat out sucked

 

After seeing so called "awesome" versions of our countries national anthem, that is another thing I will not watch.

 

THIS...........I didn't watch a lick but and am no Brady fan. But you have got to give him the respect he deserves. The prior success (controversial or not) at NE, then moving to TB and bringing them to not only the playoffs but winning the whole damm thing is flat out impressive to anyone. GOAT for sure!!

 

I'm glad we had snow on our dish so we weren't able to see any of it. Sounds like I didn't miss much.
