    Last weeks face cord of cherry, IMG_3820.JPG IMG_3819.JPG Yesterdays face cord of BL, IMG_3847.JPG IMG_3850.JPG and todays half cord of tulip poplar bring the total close to 4.5 cords. IMG_3859.JPG
    A week to go. Will i cut more wood this week? Remains to be seen.

    Well Summers over...at least for this thread. With yesterdays load of tulip poplar the tally comes to roughly five cord. My goal was a cord a month for three cords, but ill "settle" for five. Just curious who voted and for how much? IMG_3911.JPG What will Fall bring? Who knows. Id like to do a cord a month at least until my black locust thread starts up again come November. Plenty of room left in my shed for bundle wood.

    If i had a couple good scores back in June or July i just might have. There's been very little of quality on FBM in the area. Crap wood by the boatload plus i didnt want to go more than 15 minutes for any even though the cherry and tulip came from far away.

    Its a hike. 45-60 SW of me down in snobville. Fairfield county where all the wealthy folks live.

    Im still contemplating that HUGE ash i posted about. Its here in town.
