Well, no real surprises here, it’s South Carolina and the temps in mid to upper 90’s and lots of humidity. The nice rains we got in the spring have stopped, the grass now crunches when you walk on it. But……I don’t have to shovel snow in the winter ( well maybe once a year every 5 years). I guess I should be thankful
Very dry here in nc as well. We usually get a couple snows every winter but none last winter. I like the snow but not the cleanup and mess.

I hate summer, mowing, bugs, humidity, summer people, summer activities, running the AC, kids being out of school, light out at 5am, summer light (not day length), and I could go on and on. When I overhear people around March/April time frame say "Oh look! It's supposed to get up to 85F this weekend! Yay!" and it's normally 60 deg weather, it just pizzes me off to no end. NOBODY sets their AC to 80+ in their house. So WHY would anyone ever get excited for temps over 80F? I like my temps how I like my music. 50's, 60's, low to mid 70's. I don't even mind when it's still hot on some days in September because the light isn't blinding bright, the dew point is typically lower, and I like the overall feel of entering into fall. My ideal year would be September to May and the rest of the months can go to hell and they'll fit right in with the heat. Not to sound like a total grouch, I do like seeing sunflowers, the smell of tomato leaves, longer days, the birds active in the early morning, and my wife wears less clothes around the house.

I'm absolutely a Grinch, everyone I know will tell you that. I embrace it. If they can tell me specifically why they like summer heat, humidity, bugs , etc. and support it with facts, I will accept defeat. But nobody has ever been able to articulate why they like summer so much except for fantasy days like sitting around the pool all day, everyday, with endless cold drinks or vacationing at the beach all summer where they have no financial obligation apparently. They forget just because it's summer doesn't mean they're permanently on vacation.
I hate Spring. It is my least favorite season with April being the worst. Around here we are in limbo from late March to mid May. The ground is too soft and wet to do very much but the grass grows like crazy.
I love April here, but not as much as March. The redbuds, cherries, crabapples, etc are all blooming. Weirdly enough I prefer looking at them during gray days instead of sunny. To me the blooms just contrast better without the effect of bright sunlight. April here is typically nice. Cool, mix of rain and crisp dry days, it's a good month to start prepping outside stuff.
I'm absolutely a morning person too. What I don't like about it getting light that early is: the kids are up earlier, the dogs are up earlier, the heat sets in earlier, and I feel rushed to start on outside stuff before I get PO'd by the heat.
Yes, upper 60's usually or higher. Just enough to be in the humid range because the dew point is typically over 65.
Nothing worse than walking out before the suns even all the way up yet and sweating just standing there...
It was like that here today. I have more stacking to do too! Luckily mostly shaded but I'll still get saturated.
