Simple folks love simple summer grillin'. Traditionally, we try to have a nice family meal on Sunday nights. In the summer, I grill steaks, or something nice. When the weather isn't so nice, we'll do lasagna or such. Tonight we went old school summer and it was delicious!!! The pellet grill on 350F baked the party potatoes and a small dish of baked beans. The trusty old Weber handled the important stuff. The bacon was for these.
Grilling Sat., but may bump that to tomorrow night. If I do, it's JRSDWS's fault, looked yummy. BTW- I think Sat. is IBD- "International Bacon Day". Celebrate it as you will.
