   I got a bill last month with no explanation that it was estimated.
   For $180.
   
   (we have the meters with radio transmitters )
   Monday a meter reader stops by - apparently my meter needs to be replaced- has to be manually read.
   Today I get a bill with a -$150.00 credit for last month and a 66 day meter reading bill.
