    I recently bought two of these vices. One is now drilled & screwed to a 2x10, which I have used a number of times. It has helped me improve my sharpening noticeably vs the saw being adrift. The second one has not been used & is in my woods bag. I haven't needed it, since there's been plenty of wood available in the neighborhood. It's a good tool for me!
