Stray Cats In My New Neighborhood

Stories reminded me of an older gent in my area that got a scolding from the postmaster. The mail carrier and he had several go rounds and "John" went to the barn and put on welding gloves a winter coat and a grinding face mask and managed to catch the meanest wildest barn cat that was just shy of being a mountain lion. He had a special delivery. He went to the house and waited....That cat shot out of the mailbox and into the car and proceded to turn into hurricane Tom. The mailman had to bail out of the car while the cat bounced off every surface in the interior before finding the open window. "John" had to go to the basement because he was laughing so hard he had to hide. To this day he laughs til he cries telling the story.

 

Apparently, that same cat is still alive!!
