Its not unfortunately. I contacted them last week and there currently are no plans to offer it here. If it does ever come state side I'll have one......or two. They said they are passing the request up the chain. So, we all need to bombard echo with requests for this to be sold here.

I’m sure one could be had relatively easy from Europe. I think I’ll send a request Echo’s way. I’ve always had a soft spot for them. Although the weight of some of these 40cc saws is creeping up into echo 501p weight territory. Im lookin at you 543/GZ4350

 

There are 4 here for sure. Charlie Brisco on the YouTube got two sent by someone he knows in Europe. Novice lumbertard bought one when in Germany on vacation and Joe Harkness got one here somehow. My only concern is parts. Not that echo regularly needs a bunch but still a concern. I like me some Echo equipment. I, like you, have the soft spot.

Very interesting. It looks like maybe it's a mag case saw. I would be very interested in one of those if they were available here. Thanks for sharing and making me want another saw.

Oh no. I was 100 % serious, as you now know.

 

It is a mag case pro saw. Flip caps for the fuel / oil. Aluminum bar. Captured bar nuts. Lighter than even my 241. Same power rating. They are sweet. If I decide to try and get one here I'd get extra air filters, fuel lines, tank grommets, pull start parts ect.

 

I think it looks great.

 

Thank you. I think its a vast improvement over the mostly red look. Plus the air filter cover didn't match the hood. Different color reds. I fixed that nonsense. Lol.

I have a gz7ooo. It's s great, very smooth saw but it really is just a Husqvarna 570. I bought it on a deal new for $495 with a 24 inch bar. It's going to Kevin as soon as he gets caught up.

 

Black Rit Dye mixed in water. Boiling in a 18 qt roaster over I use in the garage.

 

Oh boy its going to really run after that.
