    OEM Stihl only for fuel lines, filter, and air filter on this series. The choke flaps are problematic in aftermarket filters and the AM fuel lines won’t last a year.

    There should be a small hose with a vent or grub screw attached to that plastic nipple protruding from the tank.

    Local dealer followed by eBay. I last ordered an 028 filter in 2019. They should (?) be available still.

    So I grabbed an 028 parts manual here
    and found these parts.
    p.12 of 36 - Illustration C
    p.13 of 36 - Tank housing, Pickup-body
    13 - Tank vent - 1117 350 5800
    14 - Vent insert - 1120 358 8105

    That would be off the ipl separate from the carb
