That's a relatively new hearthstone heritage. It was my last stove and I shoved just about 30 cords through it. Only 2.3 CF and a slow to warm up stove so for intermittent use in a shop it would suck. Shameful to see it rusty like that but the castings are thick and I'd bet they would clean right up. Worry more about cracked stones.

I have an "offer" in on a pellet stove from CL. I emailed the guy and haven't heard back yet. It's a sickness.

    buying ;)

If I get serious, I'll call about mid March & make a $200 or so offer on the old BK.
They may want it out of the way by then :)

    Thanks ,
I priced that shipping heavy stuff, with the 22 ton Huskee splitter.
About $600 to ship, 3 or 4 years ago. Bought a refurbished Speeco here & saved $$

    Thanks,
Next time I drive by , if you still have it,it might fit in with the load of locust :)

I told my SIL to hold it for me, I'd come up and grab it.......3 yrs. ago.
It's still there, in the family room.
You show up in the next 5yrs, , I pretty sure it'll still be there.
You can unload the Locust in her yard to make room, I'll clean that up. ;)

The enamel was/is an option which might have slowed that rust.

Talked to a stove guy few years back,
He says the Equinox is the best one for here, big no cat & lots heat.

    Maybe offer 300 this summer
Might have some money by then :)
    Gotta sell a few things

Haven't shopped used stoves very long.
    What's new $$ on that model ?

I'd guess the price is a little high, but does come with some nice extras.
Would have to see/ touch/ feel before spending that much for used.
Out of the price range I was looking at .
