Stacking before the weather hits

Stacking up the small ash and elm scrounge before the weather turns. Nice after dinner treat!

 

Any type of firewood making activity is the perfect dessert in my book. Cant beat ash or elm a la mode!
I hate the fact it gets dark early now. Nice that it has a headlight!
You guys getting snow up there later this week?

 

Snow starts Thursday into Friday.....not happy

 

Ah dark work.... Headlights sure help, along with a heater.

 

You do have the neatest toys to make the job more enjoyable sir.

 

If I had a heated cab I'd be driving the neighbors nuts working at night for sure.
I doubt the deer would like it much either.

Popping rounds and logs frozen to the ground, out, is so much fun. Not.
Especially when the ground comes with.
